What materials are SCOUT bags made of?
Most of our bags are crafted from our signature 'all-weather woven' fabric, which is water-resistant, lightweight, and incredibly durable. We also offer select styles in coated cotton and quilted fabrics for a softer touch.
How do I clean my SCOUT bag?
Our bags are designed for easy maintenance. Simply wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soap. For stubborn spots, a gentle scrub with a soft-bristle brush works wonders. Always air dry your bags before storing.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer personalization or monogramming?
Yes! Many of our tote bags and travel accessories can be personalized with initials or names. Look for the 'Personalize It' button on eligible product pages to choose your font and thread color.
Are your bags waterproof?
While our signature woven fabric is water-resistant and can handle splashes or light rain, the bags are not 100% waterproof as water can still enter through zippers or seams if submerged.
