At SCOUT Bags, we want you to love your organized life; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unused SCOUT bags in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached, and affix the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
